PSC ‘pinaigting’ ang seguridad dahil sa bantang ‘kill order’ ni VP Sara

PINAIGTING at pinalakas ng Presidential Security Command (PSC) ang kanilang seguridad.

Ito ay matapos magbanta ng “kill order” si Vice President Sara Duterte kina Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos at House Speaker Martin Romualdez sa isang online press conference.

Ayon sa PSC, ang kanilang hakbang ay alinsunod sa direktiba ng Executive Secretary na si Lucas Bersamin.

“Any threat to the life of the President and the First Family, regardless of its origin—and especially one made so brazenly in public—is treated with the utmost seriousness,” sey ng close-in security sa isang pahayag.

Dagdag pa, “We consider this a matter of national security and shall take all necessary measures to ensure the President’s safety.”

Bukod diyan, inatasan din ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Rommel Marbil ang Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) na imbestigahan ang naturang pahayag ni Duterte.

Sey ng PNP, “We recognize the grave nature of this matter…We will take necessary legal actions in accordance with the law.”

Magugunitang sinabi ng bise presidente na kapag namatay siya ay may kinausap na siyang tao para patayin si PBBM pati na ang asawa nitong si First Lady Liza at pinsang si Speaker Martin.

Iginiit pa niya na hindi siya nagbibiro sa kanyang sinabi. 

Binitiwan ni VP Sara ang matindi at matapang niyang pahayag laban kina PBBM sa isang online presscon kasama ang kanyang chief-of-staff na si Atty. Zuleika Lopez.

Nauna nang iniutos ang pag-detain kay Lopez sa House of Representatives matapos ma-contempt sa naganap na hearing ng House panel hinggil sa umano’y “misuse of public funds” sa Office of the Vice President.

Kasunod nito, iniutos din ang paglipat kay Lopez sa Correctional Institution for Women sa Mandaluyong City ngunit hinarang ito ni VP Sara na nanindigang mananatili siyang abogado ng kanyang chief of staff.
