Kris Bernal hirap na hirap sa panganganak, inakalang katapusan na: ‘But we made it, we survived!’

MATINDING hirap at sakripisyo ang pinagdaanan ng Kapuso actress na si Kris Bernal mula sa kanyang pagbubuntis hanggang sa panganganak sa first baby nila ni Perry Choi.
Ibinahagi ng first-time mom sa pamamagitan ng social media ang kanyang pregnancy journey kung saan talagang inalagaan siya nang bonggang-bongga ni Perry.
Ayon sa aktres, hindi talaga biro ang naging experience niya habang ipinagbubuntis ang panganay na anak na si Baby Hailee Lucca.
Naglabas ng isang vlog si Kris sa kanyang YouTube channel kung saan mapapanood ang pinagdaanan niyang “long and painful labor.”

“Pregnancy and birth has changed me to be the best version of myself! How powerful is my body for everything it went through!” ang inilagaya na description ni Kris sa ipinost niyang video.
Abot-langit din ang pasasalamat nina Kris at Perry na sa kabila ng ilang complications sa panganganak, maayos at malusog namang lumabas ang daughter nilang si Hailee Lucca.
“Hailee Lucca is a precious gift from above! Thankful to the Lord for giving us the opportunity to be parents! We are over the moon!!” ang dagdag pang pahayag ni Kris.
Sa isa pa niyang post, sabi ni Kris, “It was such a traumatic and long birth. I’ll never forget. I really thought it was my end. So intense! Birth is incredible and powerful, the body is mind blowing, and life is truly a gift.
“These are the moments of sacrifice and vulnerability and everything that goes into birthing! Lalo akong humanga sa sakrispisyo ng nanay ko. At, sa lahat ng nanay. What an incredible bravery and fortitude!!

“And, to my love, thank you for always being by my side. So excited to transition into parenthood w/ you. To everyone else, thank you for your kind messages, thoughts, and prayers. We are overwhelmed with the love and support.
“@haileelucca is so precious that it makes my heart ache. My heart is overflowing. And, yes, I am still recovering. Haven’t really been on my phone lately, and it feels so liberating to be fully present in the present. We’ve just been soaking it all in these past weeks. #TheCHOIs.”
Bago manganak, may pa-tribute pa si Kris para kay Perry kalakip ang litrato nito habang hinahalikan ang kanyang umbok na umbok na tiyan.
“So flawed yet still perfectly loved. I’ve always felt so lucky to be loved by you, and I’ve never felt more than blessed than I do now to be starting a family with you and our #LittleSunshine,” pahayag ni Kris about her husband.
Dugtong pa ng aktres, “We’ve gone through so many stages together as a couple, and our lives have been full of love and magical adventures, that it seems impossible to think that the best is yet to come!
“Thank you for taking care of me throughout this pregnancy with so much grace and patience! Great husband, great dad! So excited to raise a mini you!!” mensahe pa niya.
