Bongbong Marcos idineklara na bilang ika-17 pangulo ng Pilipinas
PORMAL nang idineklara ng Kongreso bilang National Board of Canvassers, ang pagkapanalo ni Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. bilang presidente ng Pilipinas mula sa nagdaang 2022 national elections nitong Mayo 9.
Base sa bilang ay nagtamo si Bongbong ng 31,629,783 votes o katumbas ng 58% ng lahat ng bilang ng mga bumoto habang ang mahigpit na katunggali nito na si outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo ay nagtamo naman ng 15,035, 773 votes.
“The most valuable thing you may receive from a fellow citizen is their vote,” saad ng president-elect sa isang talumpati matapos siyang maiproklama.
Dagdag pa niya, “And that is why, to have received over 31 million votes from our countrymen is as valuable expression of trust as can be had by anyone in public life. And so for that I thank our people.”
Nangako naman si president-elect Bongbong na gagawin niya ang lahat. Nagpasalamat rin ito sa lahat ng mga naging parte ng nagdaang halalan gaya ng mga kawani ng Comelec, mga guro, at iba pang mga individuwal na tiniyak na magiging maayos at matagumpay ang naganap na eleksyon.
“Beyond that, I promise you that we may not be perfect but we will always strive to perfection. Thank you very much,” pagpapatuloy nito.
Humingi rin ito ng dasal upang magampanang mabuti ang nakaatang na resposibilidad sa kanya bilang lider ng bansa.
“But also embedded in that vote are the trust and the confidence that they give to you to take them to that aspirational future,” lahad ni Bongbong.
“So I ask you all, pray for me, wish me well. I want to do well because when a president does well, the country does well. And I want to do well for this country.”
Samantala, ang running mate naman ni Bongbong na si Sara Duterte-Carpio naman ang ipinoklama bilang bise presidente ng bansa na anak ni outgoing President Rodrigo Duterte.
Nakatanggap ito ng 32,208,417 votes o 68% ng kabuuang bilang ng boto.
