Veteran broadcaster Dong Puno pumanaw sa edad na 76
PUMANAW na ang beteranong broadcaster at dating press secretary na si Ricardo “Dong” Puno Jr. ngayong araw, February 15, sa edad na 76.
Ayon sa kanyang dalawang anak na sina Ricky at Donnie, 12:15pm ngayong araw nang pumanaw ang kanilang ama dahil sa iniindang karamdaman.
Kilala si Dong Puno bilang dating public affairs host, media executive, newspaper columnist, at isang abogado.
Ilan sa kanyang nga naging ABS-CBN shows ay ang “Dong Puno Live”, “Viewpoints”, at “Insider”.
Taong 2000 nang i-appoint siya ng dating presidente Joseph “Erap” Estrada bilang press secretary bago ito tumakbo sa pagkasenador noong sumunod na taon ngunit sa kasamaang palad ay natalo ito at nagbalik na lamang sa Kapamilya network.
