SINABI ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque na pinalawak na ang listahan ng mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng general community quarantine (GCQ) simula Hunyo 1 hanggang Hunyo 15.
Sa isang panayam, idinagdag ni Roque na bukod sa Metro Manila, kabilang sa mga sakop ng GCQ ay ang Pangasinan, Region II, Region III, Region IV-A, Region VII, Zamboanga City, Davao City, Mandaue City at Cebu City.
“GCQ refers to the implementation of temporary measures limiting movement and transportation, regulation of operating industries, and presence of informed personnel to enforce community quarantine protocols,” sabi ni Roque.
Idinagdag ni Roque na isasailalim naman sa modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) ang iba pang lugar sa bansa na wala sa listahan ng GQC.
