RAMON ANG

Nothing will change sa GMA.

From a question posted by esteemed colleague Mario Bautista in his showbiz website www.showbiz-portal.com, tila may pagbabago raw na mangyayari sa Kapuso network now that Ramon Ang is part of the company. According to another report, he has reportedly bought 30 percent of GMA show so he has a bigger share than that of the families of the Jimenez, the Gozons and the Duavits. Mr. Ang used to be part of Philippine Airlines. Nakausap namin ang one of the top GMA entertainment executive about this who confirmed Mr. Ang’s entry to GMA.

Yes, he’s joining the company dahil nakabili nga siya ng share, say ng executive but our source told us nothing will change sa pamamalakad as far as programming is concerned. Tila papasok lang si Mr. Ang sa GMA bilang isa sa major shareholder and thus will give him a right title. Dagdag ng source, their current boss right now also assured them na walang pagbabagong magaganap so all is well with the entertainment department.

This is better. Let the one who knows the business run the business ikanga. Napakaganda ng standing ng GMA muli as far as local shows are concerned. Walang soap na talunan ang Kapuso from its afternoon lineup GMA Afternoon Prime to its primetime list na GMA TeleBabad. The other Entertainment TV produced shows are also doing well so why rock the boat nga naman. Kaya naman business as usual pa rin ang GMA ngayon with new shows being introduced left and right.
