ANG ikalawang bahagi ng panayam kay Derek Ramsay sa “Ito ang Tondo” vlog ni Morly Alinio ay tungkol sa sexual harassment issue na mainit na talakayan ngayon.
Hiningan ni Morly ng reaksyon si Derek tungkol sa mga kabataang biktima umano ng sexual harassment at sexual abuse.
Walang binanggit na pangalan ang vlogger pero halata naman kung sino ang pinatutungkulan dito – ang anak ni Nino Muhlach na si Sandro Muhlach at ang singer-actor na si Gerald Santos.

Ayon kay Derek, “It’s really, really sad as a father. Imagine anak mo ma-sexual harass ng ganu’n? I wouldn’t know what to do or how I would react to this to see my baby that got abused that way, but if anyone who experienced it for me my advice to you, you get the courage to speak out.

“Kasi ‘yan ang problema, ‘yung mga victims takot mag-speak out kasi for them they’re gonna be feel like they’ve been embarrassed, so for me my advice to them is have the courage to speak out kasi kakainin ka niyan, eh,” pahayag ng aktor.
Dapat daw parusahan ang mga taong bumibiktima ng mga batang inosente pero pag ganito ang sitwasyon ay mahirap din talagang patunayan.
“These people who prey on young innocent kids they should be punished. Pero very delicate situation kasi ‘yan friend kasi he said, she said, right?” sabi ni Derek.
“Hindi madaling patunayan?” tanong ni Morly.

“Kaya nga mahirap for the victims to speak out kasi baka gawin pang sila ‘yung masama. But it’s better to speak out than just keep quiet. Ako may respeto talaga ako for someone who speak out na they have the courage to do that.
“I would never judge somebody whether male or female. A lot of females who have been raped, question is bakit hindi kayo nagsasalita right away? Kasi they’re scared. Pino-process pa nila ‘yan.
“But the longer takes to process and later on ka magsalita maraming taong magdya-dudge sa ‘yo. Now we live on a worls na kahit anong gawin mo idya-judge ka na agad, so, mahirap magsalita tungkol diyan kas inga he said, she said.

“Kasi may mga cases din mga nagpapa-victim na they won’t rape but they just call out rape, like ako, sabi ng babae ni-rape ko siya na hindi naman totoo, so, it’s really difficult,” esplika ni Derek.
Sabi ulit ni Morly, “May mga pangyayari naman na ginusto mo (sexual harassment) kasi may kapalit, ang pagsikat?”
“I’ll be honest that’s true and that happens especially in the industry that’s why you have life choices to make,” saad ng aktor.
Samantala, ano naman ang reaksyon ni Derek kung siya naman ang subukang gawan ng harassment?
“Simple, upper cut (muwestra ang upper cut) left hook. Very simple, (muwestrang sapak) ganu’n kaagad,” mabilis na sagot nito.
Nilinaw din ni Derek na hindi siya homophobic.
“Hindi ako homophobic, magkaibigan tayo, I’m very comfortable with you, I love the gay community, pero you have to respect my boundaries na akala mo magaganu’n mo ako or anything, di ba?
“I won’t respect your boundaries, itong (ipinakita ang kamao) ang babalik sa ‘yo. Sapak talaga, that’s disrespectful na,” diin ng aktor.
Ano naman ang pakiramdam ni Derek kapag pinagnanasahan siya? “Never kong inisip!” say agad ng aktor.
