Jericho, Kim magkasama sa Cannes Film Fest: ‘Friends naman sila!’

KASALUKUYANG nasa Cannes, French Riviera France ang Quantum producer-director na si Atty. Joji Alonso para sa 77th edition ng International Festival du Film de Cannes.
Base na rin ito sa post ni Atty. Joji sa kanyang Facebook account nu’ng isang raw at dahil maraming Filipino Films ang ipalalabas doon ay nasambit niyang, “Cheers to all the Filipino films that will premiere here!”
Nandoon ang ex-couple na sina Jericho Rosales at Kim Jones at nagpakuha pa ng larawan si Atty. Joji sa dalawa at tinanong namin kung anong movie ng dalawa ang ipalalabas dahil nandoon sila.
“Walang movie. Magkasama lang sila. friends naman sila,” mensahe ng producer-director.
Anyway, pumunta si Atty. Joji sa Paris para dumalo sa nasabing international film festival pero ang isa rin sa dahilan ay para magkaroon siya ng “me time” dahil ito lang ang panahong makakapag-relax siya dahil pag nandito siya sa Pilipinas ay puno ang schedules niya.

Sa pagkakaalam namin ay naroon din ang IdeaFirst producer na si Perci M. Intalan para sa dumalo rin at magbenta ng pelikula nila base sa huli naming pag-uusap pagkatapos ng “EnlighTEN: The IdeaFirst Film Festival na ginanap sa Gateway Mall 2 noong Abril 12-14 at na-extend ang ilang pelikula hanggang Abril 17.
Going back to Atty. Joji ay lagi niyang binabalikan ang isang lugar sa France, base sa posts niya.
Aniya, “The supposed 11:30am mass at the Miraculous Medal Church was almost done when I arrived at 11:30am. Fortunately, the Sacre Couer had a 6:30pm mass but it is always tiring to climb up the hilly portion to reach the church and today, the line going in was so long because of the tourists (naks hindi nako tourist). After the mass, I had to take a video of the amazing view outside the church. I will always have Paris…”
Sa ikalawang araw niya, “Woke up at 5.30am after sleeping for about 3 hours to make sure I would not be late for the 7.52am ETD. Gare de Lyon is pretty far from where I’m staying and the trains will not wait for you. They always leave as scheduled, unless a fortuitous event probably happens.
“From Paris, the train goes to Le Creusot which is about an hour and 17 minutes, and from there, one needs to transfer to a bus that takes you directly to Gare Paray le Monial. Then it’s another 15 minute leisurely walk to the chapel.
“In this city in central France, Jesus Christ appeared to Margaret Mary Alacoque, a Visitation nun, on December 27, 1763, as she was praying before the Blessed Sacrament. She saw his Sacred Heart surmounted by a cross and a crown of thorns surrounding it. They eventually built the Chapelle de la Visitation.
“I discovered this chapel by chance through a kind train station employee and have been coming back every chance I get. Fortunately, they now have an 11am mass on weekdays.”
