NAKARANAS din ng pangmamaliit ang premyadong aktor na si Aga Muhlach mula sa ilang celebrities na feeling mga superstar.
Kung puring-puri ni Aga ang mga baguhang artistang nakakatrabaho niya ngayon, hinding-hindi rin niya makakalimutan ang pangmemenos sa kanya ng mga actor mula sa nakaraang henerasyon.
Binalikan ng asawa ni Charlene Gonzales yung panahong bagsak na bagsak siya kasabay ng pagkawala ng kanyang showbiz career.
Sa YouTube vlog ni Ogie Diaz, napag-usapan nga ang tungkol sa mga kapwa niya celebrities na nakasabayan niya sa showbiz na nauwi sa wala ang lahat ng pinagpaguran mula sa pag-arte.
“That hurts. I went through that too. In the 80s, I went through that. I went there (peak ng career) and then I lost money. I went down to zero.
“I remember, some of those who helped me were Mother Lily Monteverde of Regal Films, Boss Vic (del Rosario) of Viva. It’s still them so I will never forget that,” pagbabalik-tanaw ni Aga.

“That happened to me in the 80s – really low, zero, negative and I had a lot of debt. And then in ’91, I made a decision. I said, ‘This is not me. This is not my life.’
“It’s really all humility, acceptance of ‘Okay, I’m just here.’ I humbled myself and then I worked,” pagpapatuloy ni Aga.

Pagbabahagi pa ng tatay ng kambal na sina Atasha at Andres Muhlach, hindi niya akalain na makararanas siya ng hindi magandang treatment mula sa mga artistang baguhan na kung umasta, akala mo’y sila na ang pinakasikat sa buong mundo.

“People were treating me not nice, ha. Some sectors in the industry were treating me like that.
“It seems like there are new actors coming and would treat me like they are the famous ones. I said, ‘It’s okay. Alright Just work,” rebelasyon pa niya.
Dahil sa mga karanasang ito, ipinangako ni Aga na kapag nakabalik siya sa showbiz, never niyang mamaliitin ang lahat ng mga makakatrabaho niya.
“I just said that if I make it back and I become famous again or I become very famous, that’s what I won’t do to my fellow actors, to make them feel small,” said Aga.
Samantala, showing pa rin sa ilang sinehan ang pelikula niyang “Ikaw Pa Rin ang Pipiliin Ko” kasama si Julia Barretto, produced by Viva Films. Ito’y mula sa panulat at direksyon ni Denise O’Hara.
