Daniel Padilla binatikos matapos ang ‘panunuya’ umano sa Koreans sa AAA 2023

NAGING headline sa isang Korean media outlet ang aktor na si Daniel Padilla matapos ang Asia Artist Awards (AAA) 2023.
Dahil ito sa naging speech niya matapos matanggap ang parangal na “Fabulous Award” sa nasabing awarding event na naganap noong December 14 sa Smart Philippine Arena sa Bulacan.
Magugunita na karamihan sa mga dumalo roon bukod sa mga Pilipino ay ilang sikat na celebrities from South Korea and other Asian countries.
At heto nga, nabasa namin sa Korean entertainment outlet na Koreaboo na naging topic nila si Daniel dahil sa ginawa niyang “mockery” o panunuya umano sa mga Koreano sa umpisa ng kanyang talumpati.
Ang title pa nga ng article ng Korean outlet ay “Popular Filipino Actor Faces Criticism For ‘Mocking Koreans’ At A Korean Award Show.”

Inilahad sa nasabing artikulo ang iba’t-ibang reaksyon ng netizens dahil sa ginawa ni Daniel on stage.
“Daniel began his acceptance speech in Tagalog before saying ‘annyeong’ and laughing off the mic. The speech was short, and Daniel thanked the awards program before stepping away,” bahagi ng published article.
Dagdag pa, “Some netizens found his usage of the informal Korean greeting to be ‘mocking,’ especially with how he laughed afterward. Others felt he could have researched before the show to use the correct greeting.”
Narito ang ilan sa mga naging komento ng ilang nadismayang netizens base sa mga ibinandera ng Koreaboo:
“Daniel Padilla’s mocking ‘annyeong’ and the way he laughed after and was so embarrassed was so rude.”
“Why did that guy laugh after saying ‘annyeong’ [emojis] that sounded so disrespectful.”
“Imagine how dumb you must be to greet an informal ‘annyeong’ and then laugh afterwards in an awards show where the honored guests are primarily Koreans. I know he got multiple side eyes.”
“Those k-artists learning the proper way to say Filipino phrases yet him not giving the bare minimum on how to properly say formal greetings to the Koreans.”
Para sa mga hindi masyadong aware, ang salitang “Annyeong” ay isang informal way ng pagsasabi ng “Hello” o “Hey” sa Korea.
Kung maaalala, hindi lang ‘yan ang naging isyu kay Daniel sa AAA 2023 dahil naging trending din siya matapos mag-viral ang ilang videos kung saan maririnig ang pag-“boo” at tinawag pang “cheater” ng ilang audience nang siya ay magsasalita na sa stage.
Naging viral din ang litrato ni DJ sa nasabing event kung saan makikitang sinulatan ito ng katagang, “Kathryn deserves better!”
Matatandaan noong November 30 nang kumpirmahin nina Daniel at Kathryn Bernardo na naghiwalay na sila matapos ang 11 years nilang mag-dyowa.
