PARANG tunay na mga anak na rin ang turing ni Romnick Sarmenta sa ex-celebrity na sina Kathryn Bernardo at Daniel Padilla.
Kaya naman isa ang premyadong aktor sa mga nalungkot at nanghinayang nang mabalitaan niyang totoong naghiwalay na nga sina DJ at Kath after 11 years ng pagiging magkarelasyon.
Naging close si Romnick kina Daniel at Kathryn nang makasama niya ang mga ito sa seryeng “2 Good 2 Be True” noong 2022.
“Well, that’s sad. It’s probably, as other people would think, it’s probably heartbreaking.
“To me, they’re like my kids. Sincerely, they’re like my kids. Daniel and Kathryn are… I’ve worked with a lot of people.

Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “Kasi pareho silang mabait, e. And forgive me if I have a comment, but my comment is coming from, like I said, a father.”
Sabi ni Romnick, kapamilya na talaga ang tingin niya kina Daniel at Kathryn mula nang mapalapit ang mga ito sa kanya noong ginagawa pa nila ang “2 Good 2 Be True.”
“Parang tingin ko sa kanila, mga anak ko. They’re just so wonderful. Wala akong…I think it’s safe to say, wala akong kakampihan, pero pareho nila akong kakampi. I love them both.

“Whatever it is they are going through, whether this turns out to be one of those humps or it turns out to be life-changing in any way, I just want them to know na ako siguro, isa sa mga taong puwede nilang makatabi nang wala silang kailangan ikuwento and I would still care for both of them the same way,” pagbabahagi pa ni Romnick.
