Pagpapatuloy pa ng aktres, “It was quite an eventful Christmas for me and to be honest, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and anxious.

“Even though I am very grateful for everything going on in my life, both the good and the bad, I can’t deny that I still have a little bit of the holiday blues. And this is totally okay with me. It is what it is,” paliwanag niya.

Aniya pa, “It sucks to be sad during the holidays but it’s always better to cry than to fake a smile.

“The good thing is my therapist kept telling me that she’s proud of how I’ve been handling everything that’s happening in my life,” sabi pa ni Maxene.

“To end our session, she told me something which my soul would like to share with all of you:

“You are exactly where you need to be.

“Happy not-so-happy holidays, everyone. #MaxeneforMentalHealth,” sabi pa ni Maxene Magalona.
