Biyaheng-dagat sa Bicol region kanselado dahil sa bagyong Rosal
KINANSELA ngayong December 10 ang ilang biyaheng-dagat sa rehiyon ng Bicol matapos maging isang ganap na bagyo ang low pressure area (LPA) sa Luzon.
Sa isang advisory, inanunsyo ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) na hindi pwedeng bumiyahe ang mga barko mga pantalan ng Virac at San Andres papunta sa Tabaco at Bacacay ports.
Ipiangbabawal din ng PCG ang mga maliliit na barko, gaya ng fishing boats at motor boats na maglayag sa dagat.
Bukod sa anunsyo ng PCG, kinansela din ng Office of Civil Defense (OCD) sa Bicol ang sea travels sa Camarines Sur at Albay.
Dahil sa bagyong Rosal, itinaas na ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Number 1 sa Catanduanes; eastern portion ng Camarines Sur (Caramoan, Presentacion, Garchitorena, Lagonoy, San Jose, Tigaon and Sagñay); at sa eastern portion ng Albay (City of Tabaco, Bacacay, Rapu-Rapu, Malilipot, Malinao and Tiwi).
Huling namataan ang bagyo sa may Catanduanes at malapit rin daw ito sa probinsya ng Quezon.
Sey sa latest bulletin ng Pagasa, “The center of Tropical Depression ‘ROSAL’ including those from Daet Doppler Weather Radar was estimated based on all available data at 110 km North Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 315 km East of Infanta, Quezon.”
