KC naagapan ang ‘possible paralysis’ nang tamaan ng COVID-19, inatake ng matinding takot

KUNG hindi agad naagapan, posibleng nagkaroon ng paralysis si KC Concepcion dahil sa “neurological effect” ng pagkakaroon niya ng COVID-19.
Ibinalita ng singer-actress ang tungkol dito sa kanyang mga tagasuporta at social media followers sa pamamagitan ng Instagram.
Ayon sa anak ni Megastar Sharon Cuneta, huwag nang masyadong mag-alala ang mga nangungumusta sa kalagayan niya dahil nagpapagaling na siya ngayon at unti-unti nang bumubuti matapos tamaan ng COVID-19.
Kasalukuyang nasa New York City si KC at tinatapos ang kanyang upcoming Hollywood movie na “Asian Persuasion.”
Base sa IG Story ng dalaga, last Friday, May 6, nang magkaroon ng matinding neurological effect sa katawan niya ang COVID-19.
Aniya, “I have my dearest doctor, the brilliant Dr. Albert Recio @harvardhopkinsmd to thank, for acting urgently, and arresting a possible paralysis the other day due to a neurological effect covid had on me.
“What I thought was a mild bout turned into something much more serious overnight,” pagbabahagi ng dalaga.
“I felt a change in my my motor skills and also knew it was hitting my brain. it’s like nothing id ever experienced before.

“Doc urgently prescribed me the exact meds i needed at exactly the right time- and by anticipating the progress of covid in my body, he put me on the road to recovery,” kuwento pa ni KC.
“It’s my 6th day today since first onset of symptoms and i am still weak but regaining strength slowly but surely!
“I am forever indebted to you doc for saving my life,” dagdag pang sabi ng panganay na anak ni Shawie kay Gabby Concepcion.
Sa isa pa niyang IG post, nag-share rin si KC ng isang selfie photo at nagbigay nga ng update tungkol sa kalagayan niya ngayon.
“This is me. Unfiltered. I appreciate LIFE even more now… You don’t know how scared I was on Wednesday morning.
“I couldn’t handle it without the meds… It’s 5 am and I am up to drink my morning dose, and will go back to sleep so I can get better… and get this movie finished!!!” sabi ng aktres.
Ipinagdarasal din niya na maging mabilis ang kanyang pag-recover para makabaik na siya sa shooting ng kauna-unahana niyang international movie.
“I have 3 more shooting days to go for Asian Persuasion and I need a negative swab test and 10 more days before I am allowed my SAG to work again.
“Stay SAFE everyone. This is not like the flu. It’s a whole different animal. I evaded it for 3 years!!! But just like that it got me. From an asymptomatic person who unknowingly passed it on.
“Try your best to live your healthiest lives. And let’s ENJOY WHAT LIFE HAS TO OFFER. MAHAL KO KAYO!” mensahe pa ni KC.
Samantala, sa kabila ng iniindang karamdaman, hindi pa rin niya nakalimutang batiin ang inang si Sharon kahapon, Mother’s Day.
Nag-post ang dalaga ng throwback photo nilang mag-ina.
