Mental health ni Kapuso actress apektado ng COVID-19
Inamin ng Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit actress na si Ina Feleo na inaatake siya ng anxiety attack dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.
Sa kanyang Instagram, sinabi ni Ina na apektado na ang kanyang mental health simula nang magsimula ang health crisis sa bansa pero aniya, may mga ginagawa siyanh “physical challenge” habang may lockdown.
“To be honest, now is the time when I need a distraction the most. I get very affected by news, and this virus going around has been affecting my mental health and causing me anxiety attacks.
“So don’t take this lightly. Try something like a physical challenge for yourself. Do it for fun with your friends and take care of your health!”
