State of lawlessness idineklara; martial law daw ang kasunod?

UMUGONG sa social media ang posibilidad na magdeklara ng martial si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ilang oras matapos itong magdeklara ng “state of lawlessness” kasunod ng Davao City blast.
Idineklara ni Duterte Sabado ng umaga ang “state of lawlessness” or “a state of lawless violence” para labanan ang terorismo at palakasin ang kampanya laban sa ilegal drug trade.
Nilinaw naman nito na “it’s not martial law but it would require nationwide, well-coordinated efforts of the military and the police.”
“I have this duty to protect the country. I have this duty to keep intact the integrity of the nation,” dagdag pa niya.
