Jinggoy Estrada, Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile, Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. at Janet Lim Napoles kaugnay ng pork barrel fund scam.
“It appears clearly from the preceeding accusational accusational allegations that DBM Sec. Florencio Abad, an alter ego of President Aquino, is the most guilty among the perpetrators of the cases plunder, graft anf corrupt practices,” saad ng mosyon. “The direct participation and the indispensable cooperation of the issuing the SARO (Special Allotment Release Order) and Notice of Cash Allocation by DBM Sec. Abad are the proximate causes and determining factors of the said criminal offenses.”
“His unjustified exclusion as the principal accused granted him unwarranted benefits and advantage due to the manifest partiality, evident bad faith, and gross inexcusable negligence by Justice Sec. Leila de Lima and Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales.”
