Archie Alemania inisyuhan na ng warrant of arrest
NAG-ISSUE na ang Bacoor City Municipal Trial Court ng arrest warrant laban sa aktor na si Archie Alemania.
Ito ay may kaugnayan sa kasong isinampa ng kanyang co-actor na si Rita Daniela na acts of lasciviousness.
Sa isang order na may petsang March 18, nakasaad na na maaari namang magkaroon ng pansamantalang kalayaan si Archie kung makakapagpiyansa ito sa halagang P36,000.
“After a careful evaluation of the information, the resolution, investigation data form, the complaint affidavit of the complaining witness, and other pertinent documents, the court finds probable cause to hold the accused for trial,” nakasaad sa naturang order.

Dagdag pa nito, “Considering that the accused is at large, let a warrant of arrest be issued against him.”

Kasunod ng paglalabas ng arrest warrant laban kay Archie ay naglabas naman ng pahayag ang legal counsel ni Rita na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque.
“We hope for the immediate apprehension or voluntary surrender of Archie so the court can already acquire jurisdiction over his person and hearings can be started,” saad ng abogado sa INQUIRER.net.
“[Rita] would like to thank the office of the city prosecutor and the court for this. In the end, Rita prays for nothing but to attain the justice that she deserves in this case,” dagdag pa nito.
Matatandaang inireklamo ni Rita si Archie matapos siya nitong bastudin sa pamamagitan ng paghalik at paghawak sa kanya nang walang permiso pati na rin ang paulit-ulit na pagkokomento nito ng hindi magandang salita habang sila at nasa isang Thanksgiving party noong September 2024.
December 2024 nang magsampa ng counter-affidavit ang aktor sa Bacoor Hall of Justice bilang sagot sa reklamong inihain ni Rita.
Sa ngayon ay wala pang pahayag ang kampo ni Archie hinggil sa arrest warrant na iniisyu sa kanya.
