Comedy Manila may bagong ‘hotspot’ para sa tawanan, nightlife sa BGC

MAY opisyal nang homebase ang Comedy Manila!
Ito ang Brick Wall BGC na for sure ay magiging bagong sentro ng tawanan sa Metro Manila.
Tiniyak ng Comedy Manila na maghahatid sila riyan ng de-kalibreng stand-up comedy at iba pang klase ng aliwan para sa mga naghahanap ng kakaibang nightlife sa Bonifacio Global City sa Taguig.
Kamakailan lang, inimbitahan ang BANDERA sa grand media opening ng nasabing comedy bar at nakita namin na pinaganda para maging mas intimate ang setup ng lugar.
Mas maganda ang acoustics at lighting, mas komportable ang seating, at siyempre talagang masarap ang mga pagkain at inumin!

“Brick Wall BGC’s partnership with Comedy Manila ensures a lineup that’s consistently fresh, diverse, and entertaining, bringing together years of expertise in producing quality comedy shows,” sey ng isa bar owners na si Jayson Mercado.
Ibinunyag niya rin na bukod sa regular shows ng comedy group, may open mic nights din at mga local at international headliners na magpapasaya sa entablado.
Sa official opening ng Brick Wall, ilan lamang sa mga nagbigay ng patikim sa tawanan ay sina GB Labrador, Margie De Leon, Alexio Tabafunda, Roger Naldo, Nonong Ballinan, at James Caraan.
Nagkaroon din ng maikling performance ang sikat na Filipino-American comedian na si Rex Navarrete.
“This is now the home of stand-up comedy,” proud na sabi ni GB during the press conference.
Kasunod niyan, inihayag niya kung paano naging therapeutic sa Pinoy audience ang stand-up comedy.
“During the hard times in the pandemic, Comedy Manila also witnessed how powerful comedy is…because comedy helped people to lose sometimes. Now we are more aware of mental illness and mental stress, and comedy helps bring a lot of ease to a lot of people during those hard times,” sambit niya.
Nabanggit din ni GB ang isa sa pinakamalaking plano na kung saan ay nais nilang maglunsad ng “Manila Comedy Festival.”
“The goal for this year is to showcase our first Manila Comedy Festival. It will feature all the top comedians,” saad niya.
Patuloy pa niya, This is the dream. And it will be headlined by Rex [Navarrete] because it is about time to actually give him that recognition as one of the guys who made it possible for this stand-up to really flourish.”
At para tuloy-tuloy ang tawanan, bukas ang Brick Wall BGC araw-araw:
Linggo-Lunes: 4 p.m. – 5 a.m.
Martes-Sabado: 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.
