Sa kanyang Instagram account nag-share ng health update ang aktres, “I am much better now and my lungs feel strong enough to go back to work and even do light workouts.

“Still coughing but definitely, hopefully fully healing from my pneumonia,” aniya.
Dagdag pa ng celebrity mom, “P.P.S. Moved to a new home and environment and the improved air quality is already better for my lungs.”

“This is a reminder to myself too, as I’ve been taking time to heal from another respiratory infection.
“Rest is such a crucial part of our well being yet it is often overlooked. In today’s hustle culture, we often associate hard work with success,” pahayag ng mommy ni Deia Amihan.
Patuloy pa niya, “My question to myself is, what is all the success for if you’re no longer around to enjoy it? And if you’re a mother like me, to enjoy the biggest blessing we have been given — our children.
“Finding that sweet spot for work – life harmony is my latest mission. Together with getting a full check up to address all my health concerns and making sure I have sufficient REST.
“So take it from me– Work your best, work your hardest, but don’t neglect the rest your body needs and deserves. Rest means strong.
