KUMAKALAT ngayon sa social media ang diumano’y medico legal report ni Sandro Muhlach na ginamit nilang ebidensya kaugnay sa kasong rape by sexual assault na isinampa niya kina Richard Dode at Jojo Nones.
Matatandaang ilang linggo na ring usap-usapan ang isyung sekswal na pang-aabuso umano sa kanya ng dalawang independent contractors ng Kapuso network matapos ang GMA Gala.
Ang naturang medico legal report ni Sandro ay kinumpirma naman ng abogado ng dalawang contractors na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque.

Ngayong September 12 ay nakatakdang magsumite ng counter affidavit ang kampo nina Nones at Dode sa DOJ kung san doon raw nila sasagutin ang lahat at ipiprisinta ang mga counter-evidences sa reklamong inihain sa kanila ni Sandro.
Sa ngayon ay wala pa namang inilalabas na sagot ang kampo ng Sparkle artist hinggil sa isyu.
