Laban ni Chie Filomeno: Body shaming needs to stop! Fat or skinny!
TULOY ang paglaban ng Kapamilya sexy actress na si Chie Filomeno sa mga taong patuloy na ginagawang katatawanan ang body shaming sa social media.
Muling nagpaalala ang dalaga sa madlang pipol na napakalaki ng epekto sa mental health ng isang taong biktima ng panlalait at pambabastos nang dahil lamang sa kanilang katawan.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, ni-reshare ni Chie ang isang kuwento tungkol sa body shaming na ipinost niya sa social media six years ago.

“Just a reminder to most Filipinos who love to body shame,” aniya sa kanyang caption.
Dito mababasa ang old story ng dalaga noong 2018, kung saan nakasaad na kahit kailan ay hindi magiging okay ang body shaming “both for skinny and fat people.”
“We live in a society that demands so much from us, you have to be this, you have to be that. Well in fact you just have to be YOU! You do you!” simulang pahayag ni Chie.

“Body shaming is not okay, it’ll never be okay. Not ever. Body shaming needs to stop! Fat or skinny may it be a woman or a man. It needs to stop,” ang mariing punto pa ng aktres.
Paalala pa ni Chie, “Everyone is beautiful in their own skin, don’t let them tell you otherwise. Stop talking about fat or skinny women or men like their bodies are a tragedy.
“Their bodies are beautiful. Every body is beautiful. We are all beautiful.
“No body is a tragedy and don’t ever let anyone shame you for being you,” dagdag pa niyang pahayag.
