Ilan lamang ‘yan sa mga inihayag ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos at First Lady Liza Marcos matapos makuha ng Pinoy gymnast champion na si Carlos Yulo ang ikalawang gintong medalya para sa Pilipinas.
Sa Facebook, proud na proud na ibinandera ni President Bongbong ang latest achievement ng ating Olympic Hero.
“No words can express how proud we are of you, Caloy. You have achieved GOLD for the Philippines not once, but twice! [gold medal, Philippine flag, red heart emojis],” caption niya kalakip ang photo ni Carlos.

Mensahe rin niya, “Filipinos all over the world stood united, cheering and rooting for you.”
“Aming ipinagmamalaki ang tagumpay mong nagniningning! Saludo kami sa iyo!” aniya pa sa post.
Tuwang-tuwa rin ang First Lady at ibinunyag na tinutukan niya talaga ang naging performance ni Carlos.

Ani pa ni FL Liza, “You’ve made your country proud [Philippine flage emoji] GALING!!”
Bilang nagwagi ng gold medal si Carlos sa Olympics, siya ay makakatanggap ng P10 million, ayon sa mandato ng Republic Act 10699 na nilagdaan noong 2015.
Plus bibigyan pa siya ng P3 million ng Kamara o House of Representative bilang suporta sa nakamit na tagumpay at pagbibigay karangalan sa bansa.
Bukod diyan ay magkakaroon na rin siya ng fully-furnished two-bedroom condo unit sa McKinley Hill sa Taguig City na nagkakahalaga ng P24 million na bigay naman ng property giant Megaworld Corp.
