Ria Atayde todo-‘work out’ habang preggy, ibinandera ang ‘strength training’

ILANG linggo nalang, manganganak na ang aktres na si Ria Atayde at proud niyang ibinandera ang pagiging fit and healthy.
Sa Instagram, ipinasilip ni Ria ang ilan sa mga routine ng ginagawa niyang strength training habang nagdadalang-tao.
Ayon sa kanya, ang lahat ng ito ay may approval ng kanyang doktor at gabay ng kanyang fitness coach.
“One of the biggest struggles throughout my pregnancy has been my mental state and body image. Imagine, working so hard to get to a certain level of fitness (even if it wasn’t enough for some, it was for me haha) only to gain all that weight back,” sey niya.
Caption pa niya, “Nagdala pa ng friends, family and neighbors nila yung balikbayan weight ko.”

“So to help me manage this and to help me constantly remember that it’s all part of the process, I continued to work out (with the approval of my OB, of course),” dagdag niya.
Wika niya sa post, “So let me share with you what it’s like to do strength training while pregnant.”
Tiniyak din niya na sinusunod niya nang mabuti at ng kanyang coachang advice ng kanyang doktor.
“If you’re an expectant momma like me, be kind to yourself. We are growing human beans inside of us, after all,” aniya ni Ria.

Sa comment section, marami ang nagpaabot ng suporta kay Ria at kabilang na riyan ang ilang kapwa-celebrities na sina Karen Davila, Iza Calzado, Melissa Ricks, Alyssa Muhlach, at marami pang iba.

Noong Marso nang maganap ang civil wedding nina Ria at kanyang mister na si Zanjoe Marudo.
Makalipas ang isang buwan ay kinumpirma ng couple na magkakaroon na sila ng panganay na anak.
