“This season, after so long of not seeing each other, Coach Bamboo, Coach KZ, and I were hitting it off so well.
“You will see here on The Voice Teens the three coaches and how we spin off of each other, sa Blind auditions, how we try and feed off of each other’s humor or even in serious moments, how we helped each other, how we stand back to let the other shine,” kuwento pa ng Original Concert King sa panayam ng ABS-CBN.
Baka Bet Mo: Bianca dakilang life coach ni Robi: Hindi lang kami basta magkatrabaho
“Somehow, we gel so well. I can say this, with great pride and humility, that this, of all coaches and all judges in other music reality shows, this is the best,” dagdag pa niya.
Kasunod nito, inamin nga ni Martin na ayaw na niya sanang maging coach sa “The Voice”, “At first, I didn’t want to do this show because I didn’t think my heart could take another show like this where I have to let the people down.”

Pero after a while, nag-yes na rin siya sa alok ng ABS-CBN at wala raw siyang pinagsisisihan sa naging desisyon niya, “You’ll gonna see a lot of magic here (among the coaches). What you’re about to see is organic. Yung agawan, mainit but in a form of comedy,” aniya pa.
Pero ano nga ba ang hinahanap niya sa isang aspiring teen singer, “Ang hinahanap ko variety, different genres of music kasi iba na yung singers of today.
“There’s a different vibe, there’s a different swag. I’m looking forward to hearing the new voices, the new stars,” sabi pa ng award-winning singer.
At tungkol naman sa magiging style at atake niya bilang coach, “I always want to be the positive guy, not the technical side. I’m very sensitive when it comes to breaking someone else’s spirit.”
Nagbigay din siya ng payo sa lahat ng magiging contestants sa “The Voice Teens”, “Best advice that I can give is isipin niyo na mas importante, hindi ‘yung fame and fortune.
“Dapat hahanapin niyo ‘yung originality, pride to your country – hit or miss, keep writing those songs and really build up the playlist of Original Pilipino Music,” sey pa ni Martin Nievera.
