Ely Buendia ipinakilala ang 10 bagong music artists ng kanyang record label na ‘Offshore Music’

Ely Buendia ipinakilala ang 10 bagong music artists ng kanyang record label na ‘Offshore Music’

MAY bagong milestone ang “Offshore Music,” ang indie record label na pinamumunuan ng dating bokalista ng bandang Eraserheads na si Ely Buendia.

Ito ay matapos pumirma sa kanyang music label ang sampung music artists mula sa iba’t-ibang lugar sa bansa.

Noong October 12, nagkaroon ng exclusive media conference ang Offshore Music at Sony Music Entertainment sa Makati at dito nila opisyal na ipinakilala ang newest batch of homegrown music acts para sa taong ito.

Ito ay binubuo ng solo artists, singer-songwriters, at college rock bands na nakatakdang magmarka sa music industry dahil sa kanilang mahusay na talento at unique vision.

Ang mga bagong salta sa Offshore ay ang City pop outfit na ALYSON, Baguio City-based indie rock band na Amateurish, rising alternative rock sensations na sina ‘Her Name Is Noelle’ at Ligaya Escueta, bedroom pop soloist na si neytan, alt-R&B adventurists na sina JDRX at CRISHA, funk/pop/groove band na Mt. Lewis, folk/indie artist na Breē, at psych pop troubadour na si Elton Clark.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang Offshore Music ang isa sa mga most important indie record labels in the country.

Ilan lamang sa mga kilala at sumikat nilang artists at banda ay Apartel, ena mori, Pinkmen, Sulo, Sansette, at Eliza Marie.

Ang exciting news pa, ang ilan sa mga bagong batch ng music artists ni Ely ay nakatakda nang mag-release ng kanilang single ngayong taon.

Isa na riyan ang debut single na “Wait Lang” ni Elton Clark na inilabas na ngayong October 13.

Ayon sa baguhang singer, ito ay tungkol sa sa mga pakikibaka ng pang-araw-araw na buhay sa lungsod.

“I wanted ‘Wait Lang’ to be a reminder to my listeners that no matter how hectic life gets, it’s crucial to take a moment to breathe,” pagbabahgi ng singer.

Aniya pa, “This song is about acknowledging the challenges we face and understanding that it’s okay to pause and recharge.”
