Dimples malalim ang mga bagong hugot sa buhay, laban…laban lang: ‘Today, I decided to get up, wipe my tears’

IBA rin talaga si Dimples Romana. Mayroon siyang ginagawang self-check para lang makita ang pagbabago sa kanyang sarili at ma-decide niya kung ano ang kanyang gagawin para mas mag-improve pa siya.
Just recently, nag-post ang star ng “The Iron Heart” ng ilang photos niya at ng kanyang anak.
Aptly titled “Self check #MotivationMondaysWithDimps,” itsinika ni Dimples na latelt ay napabayaan niya ang kanyang sarili dahil hindi na siya nakakapag-workout.
“Soooo I’ve been so out of it lately, I feel like I have been drowning in so much, I’m turning 39 in two months, (no pressure there) and I find myself unlearning and learning as I go by.
“This season is teaching me humility, patience, forgiveness for self and for others, clarity and willingness to honor the phases that my life and my body goes through,” say niya sa caption.

“Nothing is ever easy, but with prayers (lots and lots of it) somehow the days go by a bit easier. In all this, I realize that even when and while we go through the toughest of times, we must (and CAN) take care of ourselves and our well being,” dagdag pa ng aktres.
Ikinuwento ng bida sa “The Iron Heart” kung paano niya sinimulan ang kanyang araw.
“Today, I decided to get up from my bed, wipe my tears, breathe in and breathe out and trust that the Lord’s grace will guide me through each day lovingly.

Samantala, sa “The Iron Heart” ay successful na nakapasok si Selene (Dimples) sa Atlantis at umaatikabong sagupaan ang naganap.
Hindi nagpatalo si Eros (Jake Cuenca) at sinalakay nila ang grupo ni Selene.
