Isabelle Daza may fundraising campaign para sa ‘kasambahay’ na nabulag matapos maltratuhin ng amo

NANGANGALAP ngayon ng pinansyal na tulong sa pamamagitan ng inilunsad na fundraising campaign ang beauty queen-actress na si Isabelle Daza.
Ito ay para sa domestic helper na si Elvie Vergara na nabulag ang dalawang mata matapos siyang pinagmalupitan at abusuhin ng kanyang mga amo sa loob ng tatlong taon sa Occidental Mindoro.
Sa pamamagitan ng Instagram, nanawagan ng donasyon si Isabelle para sa isasagawang eye operation ni Nanay Elvie.
“[Elvie] Vergara is a domestic helper who has been allegedly physically, mentally and verbally abused by her employers so much that she has been blinded in both eyes,” kwento ng aktres sa IG.
Sey pa niya, “She is currently going to have an operation in one of her eyes to try to recover her sight, but the outcome is unsure.”
“I am raising funds for her to be able to live her life free from this abuse, without having to worry about what she will eat the next day or if she has enough money to live with basic needs like housing, food and medical assistance,” dagdag pa ni Isabelle.
Kasunod niyan ay pinasalamatan niya ang ilan sa mga nagbigay na ng tulong at kabilang na riyan ang kapwa-celebrities na sina Anne Curtis, Solenn Heussaff, Liz Uy, Iza Calzado at Alex Gonzaga.
As of this writing, nakalikom na si Isabelle ng mahigit P117,000 para sa 44-year-old na kasambahay.

Dahil sa naging initiative at kabutihang loob ng beauty queen ay umani siya ng mga papuri mula sa netizens.
