“Working on yourself and trying to be the ‘best’ version of yourself everyday can be very tiring.

“The process of healing is turning me into an anxious perfectionist who is so scared to make mistakes,” simulang pagbabahagi ni Maxene.

Aniya pa, “Wanting to be perfect all the time is the opposite of healing. Healing happens when we can acknowledge and accept our imperfections and figure out how to work on them as mature adults. This is what we call inner work.

Umani naman ng maraming comments ang post na ito ni Maxene at karamihan ay nagsabing kahit sila ay nakararanas ng ganitong phase sa kanilang buhay.

“Akala ko ako lang ung ganito. Opo. Nag s skip din ng mediation, work out and reading sef-healing books sometimes Pag drain at nkaka pgod na. Pero after rest, feeling motivated na ulit to go back on track  Let’s Keep on Healing. It’s continuous!!”
