Tony Labrusca feeling baguhan pa rin sa showbiz: ‘Sometimes, it can feel like you don’t know why you work so hard’

“We’ve been working on this serye for almost two months time went by. Its so fast sa sobrang busy sa taping di masyado pumasok sa isip na mag airing na kami.
“Now, finally airing, it’s nice nakikita na naming reaction ng tao, napapanood nila hard work naming lahat,” pahayag ni Tony sa panayam ng CinemaNews Channel.
“Natutuwa ako sa for good reasons to be honest, it makes me feel happy, masaya ako sa support ng mga tao. That is so nice to hear.
“Minsan kasi for me, I still consider myself so young in this industry sometimes, it can feel like you don’t know why you work so hard.
“Sometimes, wala kang bearing bakit mo ginagawa ang trabaho mo so for me, I get so encouraged when I see people’s reactions and how our show affects people,” pag-amin pa ng binata.

Sey pa niya, “It makes it all worth it to see na you’re part of something much bigger, help people get out of their world, live in a fantasy. We live in a third-world country, we need to escape. It’s nice, it’s a gratifying feeling.”
I had no idea it was such a big show. I was really hesitant. Honestly, work wasn’t on my mind. Dealing with other things, I was just like super hesitant.

“Ako kasi nasa isip ko ‘Kaya ko ba to itong role na to.’ It’s gonna be challenging. I distinctly remember telling Direk, ‘I don’t know if I can do this,'” aniya pa.
I didn’t know if I can do this. Alam niyo, minsan meron talaga gusto ni Lord pagdaanan mo.
“There are certain things he plotted out in your timeline. Feeling ko, ito ‘yun. This is one of the most challenging roles I’ve played yet.
“I’m playing such a mature role I see myself growing as an actor and entertainer and person I see why the universe wanted me to play Lucas Buencamino,” pagbabahagi pa ni Tony.
“I had to be mature. Hindi pwede nakikita si Tony. Kakaiba, first time. Sagad sa gantihan, ego pride, revenge, its very intense. But it’s fun!
