Billy Crawford sa paglipat ng ‘It’s Showtime’ sa GTV: ‘I’m very happy they’re still not left behind…’

MASAYA ang TV host-singer na si Billy Crawford sa paglipat ng noontime show na “It’s Showtime” sa bago nitong tahanan sa GTV Channel ng GMA.
Ito ang deretsahang inihayag ni Billy matapos siyang tanungin ng binansagang King of Talk na si Boy Abunda.
Sa programang “Fast Talk” inusisa ni Tito Boy kung ano ang pakiramdam ni Billy nang mabalitaan ang tungkol sa dati niyang show.
Ayon sa singer, natutuwa siya na hindi napag-iwanan ang noontime program at patuloy na makakapagbigay saya sa madlang pipol.
“You know what, my honest opinion and my feeling towards this, I’m so happy,” sambit ni Billy kay Tito Boy.
Kwento pa niya, “I started with Showtime in noontime. I met my wife, I started my family through this show.”
“And I’m very happy na kahit papaano, they’re still not left behind. There’s still a home for them kahit papaano,” patuloy niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “And it is the same thing that GMA did for me. They welcome me back kahit papaano, you know.”
“So it’s a new beginning and I’m very excited for Philippine TV,” ani pa ng singer.
Matatandaan taong 2018 nang nagpaalam si Billy at ang kanyang misis na si Coleen Garcia bilang host ng “It’s Showtime.”
Sa isang interview, sinabi ng singer na mas pinili muna niya ang bigyan ng quality time ang kanyang asawa kesa sa trabaho.
“Para I can concentrate with Coleen, my marriage, the wedding planning, after the wedding nagpagawa naman ng bahay. So instead naman na magpaasa pa ako na ‘oo, babalik ako, babalik ako,’ I just took time off na lang,” sey ni Billy noon.
Chika pa niya, “And it gave me time to concentrate and to focus on myself, my marriage, also my passion din ‘yung music ko.”
