NAG-LEVEL up na at pang-international na rin ang tinaguriang “poor man’s drink” ng Pilipinas, ang Lambanog.

Nakasama kasi ito sa “50 Best-rated Spirits in the World” ng travel and lifestyle website na TasteAtlas.

“It is a clear, colorless spirit that is quite strong, with the usual alcohol content at around 40% ABV (alcohol by volume),” paliwanag sa website.

Lahad ng food critic website, “Apart from the classic version, modern varieties are often tinted, sweetened, and flavored.”

“Lambanog is traditionally enjoyed neat, usually as a shot, but it also blends well in cocktails and mixed drinks,” sey pa ng TasteAtlas.
