Regine, Gary hindi maramot sa pagse-share ng tips sa mga kapwa singer: We don’t want that to die with us

NEVER nagdamot ang OPM icons na sina Gary Valenciano at Regine Velasquez sa mga young Filipino artists na nangangarap ding maabot ang estado nila ngayon sa entertainment industry.
Sa katunayan, feeling nina Gary at Regine, bahagi ng responsibilidad nila bilang senior stars sa showbiz ang ibahagi ang lahat ng kanilang nalalaman sa younger generation ng mga Pinoy performers.’
Kaya naman lagi silang handa na tumulong at mag-share ng advice sa lahat ng mga singer at artists na lumalapit sa kanila para humingi ng payo para tumagal din sa industriya tulad nila.
Sa nakaraang mediacon ng “Kapamilya Strong” event kung saan sabay ngang nag-renew ng exclusive contract si Mr. Pure Energy at ang Asia’s Songbird sa ABS-CBN, natanong kung willing silang maging mentor ng younger generation of Pinoy artists.
“At any given point and time, that’s part of our role already. I think it would be selfish kung itatago lang namin ang lahat ng natutunan namin. So to whoever cares to listen, we will share and mentor,” pahayag ni Gary.
“That’s what we want to share to the younger generation. There are things that will never change and that has a lot to do with what’s in the heart,” dugtong pa niya.

Para naman kay Regine, “We don’t want that to die with us. We are supposed to share that. What’s the point of learning all those things if you’re not able to share it with other people? Like you said, pare-pareho lang naman ‘yun, nag-iiba lang ng sitwasyon.”
Itinuturing din nilang isang malaking blessing ang maging mentor o inspiration ng mga kabataang performers na sumusunod sa kanilang mga yapak.
Samantala, todo naman ang pasasalamat nina Regine at Gary sa patuloy na tiwala at suporta sa kanila ng ABS-CBN matapos nga silang pumirma uli ng kontrata sa Kapamilya network.
“I’m very happy and very excited and very proud. That’s how I feel. I mean after the things that the network has been through, all of us, after all we’ve been through, parang I just feel (happy) to be called a Kapamilya,” sey ng Asia’s Songbird na napapanood ngayon bilang guest host sa “Magandang Buhay” bukod sa pagiging mainstay ng “ASAP Natin ‘To” katulad ni Gary.
Sey naman ni Mr. Pure Energy, “Kapag sinabing Kapamilya, we are there for each other. Kahit na may mga ibang pagsubok na dumadapo sa isang pamilya, the fact is you are still a family. It’s a dynamic ng isang pamilya.
“Minsan may good times, minsan may hard times but in the end nakikita mo ‘yung value ng isa’t isa, value sa isa’t isa and you treasure that and then you carry it on,” sabi pa ni Gary V.
