Isang poseur buyer ang nakabili ng P130,000 halaga ng shabu sa suspek.
Nang maaresto ay nasamsam umano sa suspek ang dalawang kilo ng shabu.
Ayon kay Quezon City Police District Director, Police Brigadier General Ronnie Montejo ang pagkakaaresto kay Legaspi ay nag-ugat sa pagkakaaresto kina Ronnel Grifalda, 35, at Rolando Abarga, 24, noong Marso 28 kung saan nasamsam ang P2 milyong halaga ng shabu.
