Ex-DOH chief Garin, et al. kinasuhan ng DOJ kaugnay ng Dengvaxia
KINASUHAN ng Department of Justice (DOJ) si dating Health Secretary Janette Garin at maraming iba pa ng reckless imprudence resulting to homicide kaugnay ng pagkamatay ng mga bata na umano’y naturukan ng kontrobersiyal na Dengvaxia vaccine.
Bukod kay Garin, kabilang sa mga personalidad na nahaharap sa walong counts ng reckless imprudence resulting to homicide ay mga doktor mula sa Department of Health (DOH), na sina Vicente Belizario Jr., Kenneth Hartigan-Go, Gerardo Bayugo, Lyndon Lee Suy, Irma L. Asuncion, Julius A. Lecciones, Maria Joyce Ducusin, Rosalind Vianzon at Mario Baquilod.
Nahaharap din sa kaso sina Dr. Socorro Lupisan and Dr. Maria Rosario Capeding, ng Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) at mga opisyal ng Sanofi Pasteur Inc. na sina Carlito Realuyo, Stanislas Camart, Jean Louis Grunwald, Jean Francois Vacherand, Conchita Santos at Jazel Anne Calvo. Ang Sanofi ang manufacturer ng Dengvaxia.
