Leifbilly Begas - October 10, 2018 - 10:10 PM

“Pursuit to section 140 of the rules of the House with 159 voting in the affirmative, one voting in the negative and three abstention the motion is carried, rep Bertiz is hereby reprimanded,” ani House Deputy Speaker Linabelle Villarica na siyang presiding officer.

“In response to the manifestation of Rep. Bertiz I respectfully move that the penalty to be imposed to him with regards to his offense should be reprimand. As far as I know this is his first offense and he already admitted his offense and apologize to his misconduct,” ani Suarez.
