RS Francisco naghubo’t hubad sa pagbabalik ng ‘M Butterfly’

Watched the press preview of “M Butterfly” at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater in Bonifacio Global City last Wednesday.
Bida si RS Francisco sa nasabing play as Song Liling, a Chinese opera spy who deceived a French diplomat, René Gallimard, into believing that she is a woman.
Sa unang scene pa lang ay pasabog na ang eksena where it captured Rene in a scene which showed his bare buttocks.
As a stage play, RS made sure that it was fabulous – from the costume to the lines to acting.
Ang galing noong pumapel na Rene Gallimard na si Olivier Borten. He had the most exposure and his lines were long but he delivered it with aplomb.
As Song Liling, RS gave his performance a natural flair, he really acted like a woman and in the finale, a man. Big reveal ang isang eksena rito where he went really nude, as in totally nude. RS was able to shift his emotions with ease and displayed in great abundance his witty side as he dished out crispy one-liners.
Isa pang magaling ay si Pinky Amador bilang Helga, wife ni Rene. Bongga ang mga eksena niya at talagang minamani niya ang kanyang mga scenes.
Hindi rin naman nagpahuli si Lee O’ Brian bilang Marc, ang kaibigan ni Rene na sobrang bad influence dahil ang tingin niya sa mga babae ay sex object.
