4 head revisor sa recount ng mga boto ng VP nagbitiw

NAGBITIW ang apat na head revisor isang araw matapos magsimula ang mano-manong recount ng boto sa pagitan nina Vice President Leni Robredo at ng natalong kandidato na si Bongbong Marcos Jr.

“That is confirmed. Worth asking why, considering that these are highly qualified people chosen no less by the PET (Presidential Electoral Tribunal) and even underwent a rigid psych test,” sabi ng abogado ni Marcos na si Victor Rodriguez.

Iginiit din ng kampo ni Marcos na hindi ito dapat magdulot ng panibagong pagkabalam sa harap naman ng pagkakadiskubre ng mga iregularidad sa mga ballot box.

“They are no ordinary revisors, having undergone rigid psychological test and meticulous screening by the PET. They must have a compelling reason for backing out and I am one with the Filipino people in asking why,” sabi ng pahayag ng kampo ni Marcos.

Sinabi naman ng abogado ni Robredo na si Bernadette Sardillo, na ang pagbibitiw ay “unfortunate as this will once more cause delay in the proceedings.”

Pinangungunahan ng isang head revisor ang tatlong miyembro ng komite na may tig-iisang kinatawan mula sa kampo nina Robredo at Marcos.

Sa kanyang akusasyon ng pandaraya, partikular na binanggit ni Marcos ang tatlong probinsiya kung saan umano nakinabang si Robredo, kabilang na ang Camarines Sur, Negros Oriental at Iloilo.

Sinabi ng miyembro ng PET ad hoc committee na si John Lemuel Arenas na aabot sa 5,418 ballot boxs mula sa kada clustered polling precinct sa tatlong probinsiya ang bubuksan ng revision committees.
