- May 18, 2016 - 01:53 PM

“As a matter of courtesy, I will submit my courtesy resignation to the President. That should be not later than July 1,” sabi ni Marquez.

Ramon Apolinario, Mimaropa Police officer-in-charge, at Senior Supt. Rene Aspera, chief of staff ng PNP-Anti-Kidnapping Group.

“Sometimes seniority is sidelined by merit and fitness. (He) should be the best and the brightest. (He) should command the respect of this organization. The senior generals of this organization accept the fact it will happen and it could continue to happen,” sabi ni Marquez.

“It still depends on the prerogative of the president. That’s an accepted fact,” dagdag pa ni Marquez.
