“The reason why we all agreed in this such an important piece and something that we needed to do and wanted to do is because the message of telling people to reach to get help to work on their own trauma or challenges and to know that they can work through it is so important, because especially in this time, after the pandemic we experienced so many losses and patuloy pa rin ‘di ba? It’s really life,” sey niya sa isang press conference.
Baka Bet Mo: Iza Calzado ibinahagi ang karanasan bilang first time mom: An imperfectly perfect Mother to my precious child!
Giit niya, “We need to know that we are not alone in that journey, that we can talk to somebody, like Sugar, a friend that you could talk to and ask advice from.”
“I think it also explores that after being broken, you are always and will always be worthy of such tiny beautiful things,” wika rin ng celebrity mom.
Pag-amin niya, “It’s hard, you know, when people turn to you for advice. They’re basically thinking you’re somebody with wisdom, and I know I have a certain level of wisdom.”
“I also know that I still kind of –don’t understand this thing called life and I’m still making mistakes, and…alam mo ‘yun, I’m still trying to get my virtues in line but that’s it, that’s the point of it,” sambit pa ng celebrity mom.
Kwento niya, “When I give advice, sometimes it could be contradicting advice…because you’re human. What you believed before may not be the same thing you believe now and that can change.”
“When I give advice, [just] like Sugar, I just go with it and you know, you have to be kind of detached…It’s hard to give advice because you know pwede kang magkamali rin. That’s why you always have this disclaimer na this is not like a bible you should follow,” aniya pa.
Paliwanag niya, “Because she’s a person who is open and generous with her energy and her time.”
“She knows that she’s an imperfect person and that she has been through a lot, but she holds that with no shame. In fact, that makes her her and that’s why we love her,” esplika pa niya.
