Donita Rose nagpa-lipo at face lift para sa pagbabalik-showbiz

IN FAIRNESS, bumata at fresh na fresh ang awrahan ngayon ng aktres at host na si Donita Rose dahil sa kanyang bonggang “transformation.”
Kinarir talaga ni Donita ang pagbabawas ng timbang dahil gusto niyang maibalik ang katawan niya noon bago siya nag-asawa at magkaroon ng anak.
Sa Amerika na ngayon naka-base ang aktres at dating VJ kasama ang anak sa una niyang asawa at ang husband niya ngayong si Felson Palad pero umuuwi-uwi pa rin siya sa Pilipinas kapag may mga offer siyang trabaho.
Marami ang humahanga ngayon kay Donita dahil kahit turning 50 na siya sa darating na December, ay batambata pa rin ang kanyang itsura at super sexy na uli.

Ibinahagi ng aktres sa pamamagitan ng isang vlog ang kanyang successful weight loss journey. Aniya, “I am 40 pounds lighter and I have never been happier.”
Aminado si Donita na sumailalim siya sa liposuction, “My weight loss journey actually first began with liposuction.

“Say what you want to say about me but I am so grateful for the new and improved me. It wasn’t easy and it took exactly a year and half for me to get to this point,” ang matapang na pahayag ng aktres.
Pero bukod sa liposuction, sinundan pa niya ito ng halos araw-araw na pagpunta sa gym kasabay ng pagbabago sa kanyang eating habits.
“Nag-progress na ‘yung exercise ko and I started doing intermittent fasting. We started doing 12 hours a day, then we went to 14, then we went to 16 then it became one meal a day for us,” kuwento ni Donita.
Sa mga nagbabalak namang magpa-lipo, nagbigay ng ilang tips si Donita, “You need to educate yourself on the procedure.
“Two, what is your aftercare plan? Number three, your support system, doing the procedure, making sure that you have time off your schedule getting all the lab work done to make sure you are a good candidate,” aniya.
Aside from liposuction, diretsahan ding binanggit ni Donita na dumaan din siya sa facelift procedure, “I did a facelift. Yes, you can say what you want to say about it.
“Some people say natural beauty is better but you know what, people just want to enhance that beauty or whatever features that is that makes them feel good about themselves,” pahayag ng TV host.
Inamin din niya na ang desisyon niyang magbawas ng timbang at magbago ng lifestyle at dahil sa pagnanais niyang magbalik-showbiz na miss na miss na raw niya.
“I really want to go back to the entertainment industry. Whether it be for hosting events, but to be very specific I said I want to go back to acting,” sabi ng celebrity mom.
