Baka Bet Mo: Lovi umiyak sa kasal nila ni Monty Blencowe sa UK dahil sa mga sinabi ni Grace Poe: ‘I see in you qualities of the father I really loved’

Sabi ng direktor ng pelikula, “I think what this film can teach you about grief is that sometimes when you feel like you’re alone in the darkness, stumbling kasi wala kang kasama.

“There’s someone in the darkness stumbling as well, and when you hold on to that person and when you connect with them, you have hope and you find healing together,” sabi ni Direk Jaime Padilla.

I wanted to experience that also, something different.

“Dahil when this one offered magagaling ‘yung mga tao at the back, sa likod nito, so hindi na rin ako nagdalawang-isip and then to really understand also the (Cinemalaya) film festival, how they wanted, ano talaga ang audience nu’n, who did they cater,” ani Bryan.

“Kasi talagang ito, malayung-malayo to what I do. But doon ko rin napagtanto sa sarili ko when I saw the final film na parang mas magiging technical ka siguro as a producer mas nagiging napapansin ko ‘yung subtleness nung acting. Iba rin siya, so I really enjoyed watching this.

“Akala ko before kasi ako mahilig ako sa fast-paced mahilig ako sa edge of a seat pero this one is just emotional. Alam mo from the beginning that we’re looking at how would you handle grief. Talagang right on the table ‘yun.

“And ‘yun lang talaga, we’re really amazed on the team, lalo na ‘yung acting bukod kay Gabby Padilla, the Japanese actress Arisa Nakano, tapos the direction and cinemathography iba rin. So hopefully you enjoy the film,” sabi pa sabi pa ng batambatang producer.
