Jodi Sta. Maria, Pampi Lacson ‘annulled’ na after 13 years: ‘Case closed!’

“NOW I can finally say…CASE CLOSED,” ito ang masayang ibinandera ng aktres na si Jodi Sta. Maria sa kanyang Instagram account ngayong araw, June 9.
Na-grant na kasi ang resulta ng annulment nina Jodi at dating mister na si Pampi Lacson makalipas ang 13 years na paghihiwalay.
Mas matagal pa nga ang paghihintay nila sa annulment kaysa sa pagsasama nila bilang mag-asawa.
Kung matatandaan, ikinasal ang dalawa noong 2005 sa Las Vegas, Nevada at nagkahiwalay noong 2011.
Maraming nangyari kaya natagalan ang petition for declaration of nullity of marriage na umabot pa hanggang Court of Appeals, pero pagdating sa pinakamataas na Hukuman, nakuha na ng aktres ang sagot.
Kalakip sa Instagram post ang picture ni Jodi na nasa dagat na nakatingin sa malayo at may katagang: “So, I close my eyes to old ends and open my heart to new beginnings.”
Caption niya, “Finally after 13 years of waiting, my petition for nullity of marriage has been granted by the Supreme Court.
“It was indeed a test of faith and trust FAITH in God’s promises and TRUST in God’s timing.
“The time I spent in His waiting room was never easy nor was it comfortable. It was frustrating, discouraging, and even heartbreaking. I cried, prayed, questioned and complained. I made ‘tampo,’ asked for forgiveness, prayed some more. I wanted to give up but He never let go of me.”
Patuloy niya, “Looking back it was His grace that sustained and carried me. He had a purpose for the waiting. And that was made clear to me by the Lord.
“I know some of you might be in His waiting room. May I encourage you with this? ‘When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.’ – Isaiah 60:22
“God is never in a hurry. He is never too late. Never too early. Believe He is able to do something about your situation. Trust He has a plan for you and that plan is even better than the one you have for yourself.
“And when God finally calls you out of the waiting room, don’t forget to thank Him and give Him all the glory.

Sabi naman ni Ms. Coney Reyes, “Jodi! Congratulations! Your long wait is over! Big, big hug, anak! God’s timing is always so perfect! Love you.”
Nagkomento rin si Iwa Moto, ang kasalukuyang partner ng ex-husband ni Jodi na si Pampi at sinabing: “Let’s celebrate love you amor!”
Marami pa kaming nabasang mula sa personalidad na binabati si Jodi.
