MUO owner Anne Jakrajutatip nabaon sa utang, na-‘bankrupt’ nga ba ang kumpanya?

BUWAN pa ng Agosto ngayong taon nabalitang baon sa utang ang Miss Universe Organization owner at Thai billionaire na si Ms. Anne Jakrajutatip dahil bumagsak ang shares ng kumpanyang JKN Global Group Public Company Limited.
Nabanggit ito dati ng bilyonarya na malaking halaga ang hindi nabayaran ng kumpanya niya na aabot sa 609 million baht worth of debentures at iba pang branches nito na umabot pa sa 3.36 billion baht.
Bagama’t may mga nabayaran naman si Ms. Anne base sa Stock Exchange ng Thailand ay hindi pa rin ito sapat at malaki pa rin ang kakulangan.
Kaagad na pumasok sa isipan ng netizens nang pumutok ang balita nu’ng Agosto ay ang nalalapit na Miss Universe 2023 at kasalukuyang nasa El Salvador na ang mga kandidata at pinaghahandaan na ang nalalapit na coronation night sa November 18 at sa November 19 naman ito mapapanood sa Pilipinas ng 9 AM, ABS-CBN platforms, A2Z Channel 11 at iWantTFC.

At dahil ilang buwang hindi na napag-usapan ang pagkalugi ng kumpanya ni Ms. Anne ay inakala ng lahat na okay na pero marami ang nagulat nang mag-file ng bankruptcy ang JKN Global Group Public Company Limited kahapon, Huwebes nang hindi nito na-meet ang deadline para bayaran ang $12 million.
Kaya nabahala ang lahat ng nag-aabang sa nalalapit na Miss Universe coronation night kung tuloy pa ba ito o hindi na sa Nobyembre 18.
Kinalma naman ng Thai billionaire ang lahat na anuman ang nangyari sa kumpanya niya ay prayoridad niya ang nalalapit na Miss Universe coronation night base na rin ito sa ni-repost niya, ang official statement ng pagpa-file ng bankruptcy pinost niya sa kanyang Instagram account kagabi, 8PM.
Ang caption ni Ms. Anne, “No matter what…. I always put The Miss Universe Organization as my first priority in life. No matter how joyful or painful it’s gonna be. At bandang 3AM kaninang madaling araw ay nag-post ulit si Ms. Anne ng art card na ang nakalagay ay, “JKN Global Group entered Thailand’s business REHABILITATION program, a distinct alternative to filing for bankruptcy. Theses words have the different meanings. Hence, please understand each definition correctly (emoji praying hands).”
