Dimples Romana pangarap talagang maging doktor, bakit nga ba hindi natuloy?

MARAMI ang hindi nakakaalam na ang “dream career” talaga ng aktres na si Dimples Romana ay maging isang doktor.
Ngunit hindi ito natupad dahil sa naranasan niyang personal trauma buhat ng nagkasakit niyang kapatid.
“I had a sister who died of leukemia, so I got very bad trauma from going to the hospital all the time. And that is the reason why I sort of stopped dreaming about being one,” kwento ng batikang aktres matapos tanungin ng INQUIRER Entertainment sa isang launch event.

Dagdag niya, “Eventually, I found my way to enjoying this craft that I do. I think the dream of becoming an actress grew inside of me more than it being there right away.”
“I work hard as one because it’s the only thing I know. When you grow up to be a breadwinner, it becomes natural for you to want to work hard all the time,” aniya pa.
Sa ngayon, ang goal niya ay ma-inspire sa kanya ang panganay niyang anak na si Callie Ahmee, ang 19-year-old na kumukuha ng kursong commercial pilot.
Sey ni Dimples, “I totally respect the way she wants to do things. I respect her timeline and what she wants to grow up into.”
“Now that she’s turning 20 in December, and she’s only a few flights shy of getting her license as a commercial pilot, I’m so happy that she’s pursuing her dream,” sambit ng proud mom.
Patuloy pa niya, “Sometimes, we have this notion that parents can dictate what their children will take up when they are older. I’m just happy that my husband and I are able to instill in Callie a dream of her own.”
Kamakailan lang, proud na proud na ibinandera ni Dimples sa social media ang latest achievement ni Callie na nag-aaral sa isang aviation school sa Australia.
