Dimples Romana 24 years na sa showbiz; may promise sa mga batang artista
NANGAKO ang Kapamilya actress na si Dimples Romana na ibabahagi niya sa mga kabataang artista ang mga natutunan niya sa mundo ng showbiz sa loob ng mahigit dalawang dekada.
Nagse-celebrate si Dimples ngayong taon ng kanyang 24th anniversary bilang artista at aminado siya na hindi rin naging madali ang naging journey niya sa industriya ng telebisyon at pelikula.
Sa kanyang Instagram account, binalikan ni Dimples ang pagsisimula niya sa showbiz at kung paano siya nagpursigi para matupad ang kanyang mga pangarap sa buhay.
Nag-post ang aktres sa IG ng kanyang lumang litrato na kuha noong 12 years old pa lang siya at nagsisimula pa lang bumuo ng kanyang mga pangarap.
“Ako ito, 12 years old. Puno ng pangarap, araw-araw nagdadasal at may pusong handang matuto at makinig. The times then were different.
“I didn’t know a thing about being an actor. All I had was willingness and humility to learn and be better, every single day,” simulang pagbabahagi niya sa caption.
Pagpapatuloy pa niya, “That young lady is still in me. Never took any opportunity given to me for granted, always reminded myself to be good to everyone around me regardless of their position or status. Made the conscious effort to always show my gratitude towards people.”
Nagpasalamat din siya sa lahat ng mga blessings na natanggap niya mula pa noong magsimula siyang mag-artista taong 1997 at nakasama sa Batch 4 ng ABS-CBN Star Circle.
“Today I celebrate my 24 years in show business, together with my Ates and Kuyas of Star Circle’s Batch 4. God has blessed me with a long, steady, and stable career. A craft I will always be proud to have.
“With all the experiences I’ve had over the years, from transitioning from that shy timid young lady, to creating my own path, from reinventing myself to become a host, entrepreneur, author, brand ambassador, endorser along the way, from doing supporting and character roles, playing characters that are iconic in their way, the things I’ve learned from the masters and all those who came before me, I will share soon. Time to share and teach, Dimples,” patuloy pang paglalahad ng Kapamilya star.
Kung matatandaan, mas bumongga ang career ni Dimples noong gawin niya ang Kapamilya afternoon series na “Kadenang Ginto” kung saan sumikat ang karakter niya bilang Daniela Mondragon.
Very soon ay mapapanood uli siya sa bagong ABS-CBN series na “Viral” kasama sina Charlie Dizon at Jake Cuenca.
