Marcelito Pomoy sumailalim sa ‘shock wave treatment’ dahil sa kidney stones

KASALUKUYANG nagpapahinga at nagpapagaling ang singer na si Marcelito Pomoy matapos maospital upang ipatanggal ang kidney stones.
Sa Facebook post, sinabi ni Marcelito na sumailalim siya sa tinatawag na “shock wave lithotripsy,” isang medical procedure na dinudurog ang mga bato sa kidney sa pamamagitan ng shock waves.
Noong April 4, ibinandera ng singer ang isang picture na makikitang nakahiga siya sa hospital bed at tila isinasagawa ng dalawang medical staff ang nasabing procedure.
Sa kasunod na post ay ibinunyag nga ni Pomoy ang kanyang karamdaman at kung ano ang ginawa sa kanya sa ospital.
Lubos din niyang pinasalamatan ang mga nag-alala sa kanya.
“Overwhelmed! I feel loved and blessed to have all of you who truly cares… thank you for all those concerned messages po.. I am fine po,” caption niya sa FB post.
Wish pa ng singer na sana ay tuluyan nang mawala ang kanyang iniinda at hindi na muling sumailalim sa shock wave treatment.

“Undergone shockwave treatment due to my kidney stones that are now bothering me… hoping that this be removed thru urinating so that I won’t have to do another procedure.” sey niya.
Aniya pa, “thank you so so much to all of you… thank you for the love… love you all!”
Daan-daang fans naman ang nagpaabot ng kanilang mga dasal sa pamamagitan ng pagko-comment.
“I pray for Marcelito’s total healing. No operation needed but by your grace and mercy in Jesus name,” sey ng isang netizen.
Saad ng isang fan, “Praying for you to flush your kidney stone, so you don’t have to suffer the pain for too long! [folded hands emoji]”
“I know Marcelito, you are healed! Just be aware of the foods you eat! Avoid salty, sweets and fatty foods including fried foods. Praying for you!,” comment pa ng isa.
Kilala si Marcelito bilang isang mang-aawit na kumakanta sa parehong boses ng lalaki at babae.
Taong 2011 nang tanghalin siyang grand winner ng ikalawang season ng “Pilipinas Got Talent.”
Sumali rin siya sa “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” noong 2019, kung saan siya ay nagtapos bilang third runner-up.
