Pia super proud sa mental health journey ni Sarah, pakiusap sa lahat ng may kaanak na may PTSD: ‘Don’t give up on them please’

Pia super proud sa mental health journey ng kapatid, pakiusap sa lahat ng may kaanak na may PTSD: 'Don't give up on them please'

PROUD na proud si 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach sa kanyang sister na si Sarah dahil sa development at progress sa mental health journey nito.

Ayon sa TV host-actress, super happy ang kanilang pamilya sa  ipinakikitang mga pagbabago ni Sarah about her condition.

Sa kanyang Instagram Stories, nag-post si Sarah ng isang video kung saan mapapanood ang ilang kaganapan sa kanyang buhay at kung paano niya nilalabanan ang anxiety at post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

“It’s been a long road and how rough it has been… but I am so proud that I have come so far from when it all started.

“I opened the Pandora’s box back in late 2020 and my life has changed since.

“It’s been a long road and how rough it has been. I can’t say I’m at the end of the road, but I can definitely hold my head up high and say that I’m proud of myself,” ang caption ni Sarah sa kanyang IG video.

Matatandaan noong 2020, ginulat ni Sarah ang madlang pipol sa kanyang pasabog na rebelasyon tungkol kay Pia. Inakusahan niya ang dating beauty queen na walang kuwentang kapatid.

Ngunit makalipas ang ilang buwan, nagkapatawaran at nagkaayos din sina Sarah at Pia. Pareho nilang ibinandera sa buong universe ang pagmamahal sa isa’t isa.

Mensahe ni Pia patungkol sa pinagdaraanan ni Sarah, “So proud of my sister for her progress on her mental health.

“If you have a family member or a friend who is coping with depression, anxiety, and/or PTSD, don’t give up on them please

“My sister is an example of somebody who is recovering and doing it the healthy way,” dugtong pa ng Kapamilya TV host-actress.
