Aiko Melendez nasira ang maleta, disappointed sa isang airline: Our belongings should be treated with proper care
NAGLABAS ng saloobin ang aktres at councilor ng Quezon City na si Aiko Melendez sa isang airline company matapos masira ang kanyang mamahaling maleta sa kanyang pagpunta sa Taiwan.
Nitong Miyerkules, February 1, ibinahagi ng aktres sa kanyang Facebook account ang pagkadismaya niya sa airline maging ang mga larawan ng kanyang nasirang luggage.
“Philippine Airlines what happened with our luggage? Our belongings should be treated with care,” saad ni Aiko.
“It was not a full flight, but I’m wondering what went wrong. Rimowa is known to be a heavy-duty luggage it takes a lot of force for this be damaged,” dagdag pa niya kasama ang hashtag na “#disappointed”.

Base sa reply ng aktres sa comment section sa kanyang kaibigan, kadarating lang niya sa Taiwan at noong kukunin na niya ang maleta sa carousel ay napansin niya nasira ang isang bahagi nito.
“i just arrived in Taiwan.. and when our luggage got out of the carousel ganyan na bro. Tapos we were looking for a counter na we can report this, walang counter [sad emoji] i recieved a message from IG bro they said i should have filed a complaint? How bro eh wala tao and ung isang kausap namen di marunong mag english,” sey ni Aiko.
Sumagot naman ang airline sa reklamo ng aktres.
“Hi, Aiko. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. We understand how important your baggage is. We have noted that you have also reached out to us via Instagram. We assure you that we are looking into this matter and we’ll get back to you with updates via direct message. Thank you.”
Mukha namang ongoing na ang imbestigasyon ukol sa nasirang luggage ng aktres at siguradong mag-a-update naman siya kapag nabigyang solusyon na ang kanyang hinaing.
