Kaladkaren kinontra ang ‘heterosexual bill’: Naloka ako sa ‘actual and direct creations of God’! Ang husay!’

INALMAHAN ng TV host at impersonator ni Karen Davila na si KaladKaren ang isinusulong na panukalang-batas na magsusulong sa mga “karapatan ng heterosexuals.”
Kinontra agad ito ni Kaladkaren at ipinagdiinang ang mga heterosexual individual ay hindi naman talaga masasabing “oppressed.”
Ang naturang panukalang-batas ay mula kay Manila 6th District Rep. Bienvenido Abante Jr.. Ito ang HB 5717, “which aims to recognize, define and protect the rights of heterosexuals.”
Isa sa mga nakasaad dito ay ang pagbibigay proteksyon sa lahat ng heterosexual na Filipino at sa pagbibigay karapatan sa kanila na maipagsigawan ang kanilang relihiyon, “and express their views […] about homosexuality, bisexuality, and on transgenders and queers.”
Nabanggit din ni Abante na ang mga heterosexuals daw ay mga “actual and direct creations of God.”

Kahapon, November 9, sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Twitter account ay ibinandera nga ni KaladKaren ang kanyang saloobin hinggil sa issue.
“Naloka ako sa ‘actual and direct creations of God ‘ Husay… sabi ni God. Charot!” simulang pagkontra ng Kapamilya host.
Aniya pa, “Again, giving equal rights to the LGBTQIA+ community does not mean fewer rights for others. It’s not a pie.
“How can they grant this ‘Heterosexual Act’ when (heterosexuals) aren’t really oppressed?”
Narito ang ilang comments ng netizens sa tweet ni Kaladkaren.
“The 1987 Constitution of the Philippines declares: ‘The separation of Church and State shall be inviolable. (Article II, Section 6), and, No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.’ this just went out the window.”
“Heteros are not oppressed on the basis of sexuality but women are still oppressed on the basis of biological sex. Magkaiba yun.”
“Jusko ang nakakainit ng ulo ang statement na yan. Mahirap ipaintindi ang point and reasoning sa ganyang uri ng tao.”
